The safety and wellbeing of my clients is my main priority, so I follow the accurate and up-to-date travel advice provided by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
I do advise clients to check information on destinations by either following the FCDO advice in the UK, which you can find on this link, or the advice of the respective advisory service in your country. The advice can change so please check regularly for updates.
Please contact me if you have any concerns or issues.
I politely ask that clients ensure all travelling passengers have valid and acceptable passports and any required visas or other documentation for both the final destination and any planned stop-off points.
To note, some destinations require children travelling with one or neither parents to have specific signed legal documentation.
The National Travel Health Network and Centre (Nathnac) has up-to-date information on health advice. Please refer to www.travelhealthpro.gov.uk to search for vaccinations and any other medical requirements for your destination. The advice can change so please check regularly.
All passengers should travel with adequate insurance cover, which will ensure there is cover against unforeseen cancellation charges, medical costs incurred whilst away from home (subject to approval), personal liability claims, loss of money and so forth.
If something happens whilst you're away from home, you can contact me 24/7 so you're supported around the clock and whenever you need. Contact details will be provided.
